I am Zeinab Abbassi, a dedicated leadership and executive coach with a unique blend of tech expertise and coaching acumen. My path through the tech world has been a thrilling adventure, highlighted by earning a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Columbia University.

With over eight years in leadership roles across various tech companies, big and small, I’ve gained a profound understanding of the dynamics within this fast-paced industry. My experience has taught me not only about the challenges of tech leadership but also about the immense potential that lies in every individual in this field.

My commitment to professional development and excellence in coaching is further evidenced by my completion of the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program at North Carolina State University. This program is recognized as one of the most rigorous and highly respected executive coaching programs in the US. It was here that I honed my skills in transformative leadership coaching, integrating these insights into my practice.

In December 2023, I achieved a significant milestone in my coaching career by receiving my ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This certification is a testament to my dedication to upholding the highest standards in coaching and a commitment to continuous learning.

As an ICF ACC certified coach, my passion lies in championing underrepresented voices in technology. I believe that diverse perspectives are crucial for innovation and growth in the tech industry. My mission is to guide these talented individuals to not just navigate but excel in their careers.
